Before you call

A few quick things to try.

These fix more problems than you’d think. If they don’t work, or you’d rather not deal with it, give me a call. That’s what I’m here for.

  • Turn the device off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
  • For Wi-Fi trouble, restart the modem first, wait until its lights settle, then restart the router.
  • Write down any error message word for word, or take a photo of the screen. It helps me fix things faster.

Onsite

I come to you.

Stow, Akron, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Tallmadge, Munroe Falls, and nearby Summit County communities.

Remote

Fixed over screen share.

Many software and settings problems can be solved remotely, wherever you are.

Can you fix it remotely?
