03 / Apps + platforms
Custom web apps, portals, and platforms built in Ohio.
I plan, build, and host custom web apps, client portals, booking systems, and mobile apps for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and email chains. One shop for the app, the website, and the hosting.
What I build
Software shaped around how you work.
01
Client portals
A secure place for customers to log in, see documents, pay invoices, or check the status of their job.
02
Internal tools
Scheduling, job tracking, inventory, and forms your staff will actually use.
03
Booking and ordering
Let customers book appointments or place orders online without calling.
04
Custom platforms
Membership sites, directories, and multi-user platforms built on solid, maintainable foundations.
05
Mobile apps
Apps for phones and tablets when your customers or crew are on the go.
06
Integrations
Connect your website to the tools you already use: payments, email, calendars, and accounting.
Process
How an app project works
01 · FIND
Find the real problem
I map the work your team does today and where time gets lost.
02 · SCOPE
Plan the first version
A written scope with the features that matter most, so you don’t pay for things nobody uses.
03 · BUILD
Build and test together
You try it along the way and tell me what’s confusing.
One shop
The app and the website, together.
Most small businesses don’t want one company for the website, another for the app, and a third for hosting. I plan, build, and host it all, so your app, your website, and the way you show up in search all work together.
- You own your code, data, and accounts
- Built on common, well-supported technology
- Secure logins and data handling
- Works on all devices
- Hosted and monitored after launch
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom app cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. A simple portal or booking tool costs far less than a full platform. After we talk, you get a written scope and quote.
Do I need a mobile app or a web app?
Often a web app that works well on phones is enough, and it’s faster and less expensive to build. I recommend a phone app only when you need one, for example to work offline or use the camera.
Who owns the app?
You do. You get access to your accounts, your data, and your code.
Can you work on an app someone else built?
Often, yes. I review what you have and tell you honestly whether to improve it or rebuild it.
