This website is information, not a contract for work
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Any website, hosting, SEO, app, training, or tech help work we do for you is covered by a written quote or agreement that we both accept before work starts. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Blog posts and general advice
Our blog posts and guides are general information to help you understand your options. They aren’t advice for your specific situation, and things like Google’s rules and software change over time. Use your judgment, and ask us or another professional before making a big change to your own site or systems.
The free website check
The free website and Google profile check is free and comes with no obligation to hire us. It’s our honest opinion from looking at your site and profile from the outside. We don’t log in to your accounts to do it, and we don’t promise any particular result from following the notes.
Offers and discounts
The veteran discount (10% off the first year of service for veteran-owned businesses, with a military ID) and any other offer on this site apply only when written into your quote or agreement. We may change or end offers for new work at any time.
Using the site
Please don’t use the site or its forms to send spam, try to break in, copy the site in bulk, or break the law. We may block anyone who does.
Our content
The text, images, design, and logo on this site belong to Web Design Nerd unless marked otherwise, and client logos belong to their owners and are shown as examples of our work. You’re welcome to link to any page or quote a short passage with a link back. Please don’t republish whole posts or pages without asking.

We link to other sites and tools we think are helpful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they do.
