Google review management
Every Google review answered, in your voice, within a day.
Reviews are one of the first things people read, and Google and the new AI answers lean on them too. Answering every one shows you care, but it’s the first thing to slide when you’re busy. I write the replies, you approve the hard ones, and I help you get more.
How it works
Four steps, in plain English.
01 · WATCH
I watch for new reviews
Every new Google review shows up on my list the same day.
02 · REPLY
Good reviews get a real reply
A thank-you that mentions what they said, not the same line copied 50 times.
03 · ASK YOU
Hard ones come to you first
A 1, 2 or 3-star review gets a calm draft, and nothing posts until you OK it.
04 · ASK THEM
More happy customers review you
A QR card for your counter and a short text you can send after a job.
What you get
Everything that’s included.

- Drafts of tough replies sent to you before anything posts
- A printed-ready QR card that opens your review page
- A short “would you leave a review?” text to send customers
- A monthly count: new reviews, average rating, replies sent

Who it’s for
Made for businesses like these.
01
Restaurants and bars
Lots of reviews, little time. Unanswered reviews look like nobody’s home.
02
Trades and services
A few good reviews with thoughtful replies can help you get the job even when you’re not the cheapest.
03
Anyone with a bad review
A calm, professional reply often matters more to readers than the review itself.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you write fake reviews?
No, never. Fake reviews break Google’s rules and can get your profile suspended. I only reply to real reviews and help you ask real customers.
Will the replies sound like me?
Yes. Before I start, we agree on your tone and a few things you always want said. You can read every reply, and you can change any of them.
What happens with a bad review?
I draft a calm, professional reply and send it to you first. Nothing posts until you OK it. If a review breaks Google’s rules, I’ll help you report it.
What access do you need?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner and can remove me any time.
Can you do Facebook and Yelp too?
Google comes first because it matters most for local search. Tell me where else your customers leave reviews and I’ll quote it.
